About Bill's Furnace Service
After 20 years in the heating and cooling field working for    
other people I became dissatisfied with the "sales"
mentality.  Large companies sometimes lose sight of the
customer.

At Bill's Furnace Service our #1 goal is to provide excellent  
customer service.  We do this by:

  • Keeping our response time short
  • Taking the time to answer questions clearly and
    thoroughly, and
  • delivering quality products and services at a fair price

We don't have a "sales team".  Our team is a "Customer
Service" team.  We concentrate on problem-solving and
customer satisfaction to build lifelong customer
relationships, not sales figures.
